Refunds and Cancellations

1. Refund Policy:

At The Under-18 World, we strive to provide high-quality experiences and services. As such, refunds will not be provided unless the promised services are not delivered due to circumstances under our control.

If services are not delivered as committed, the refund process will be initiated after a review of the situation. Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 14 business days after the review is completed.
2. Cancellation Policy:

Participants can cancel their registration at any time before the program/event. However, no refund will be granted for cancellations.

In case of event postponement or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, the participant’s registration will automatically be carried forward to the rescheduled date.
3. Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered in rare cases of extreme circumstances, such as:

Cancellation of the event/program by The Under-18 World.

Errors in payment processing resulting in duplicate charges.
