1. Refund Policy:

• At The Under-18 World, we strive to provide high-quality experiences and services. As such, refunds will not be provided unless the promised services are not delivered due to circumstances under our control.

• If services are not delivered as committed, the refund process will be initiated after a review of the situation. Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 14 business days after the review is completed.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Participants can cancel their registration at any time before the program/event. However, no refund will be granted for cancellations.

• In case of event postponement or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, the participant’s registration will automatically be carried forward to the rescheduled date.

3. Exceptions:

• Refunds may be considered in rare cases of extreme circumstances, such as:

• Cancellation of the event/program by The Under-18 World.

• Errors in payment processing resulting in duplicate charges.
